To use advanced support features, such as editing your web account details, downloading product upgrades or posting notices on the bulletin board, you will need to log in. To do this:

1. Enter your account name or email address into the Account Name text box.
2. Enter your password into the Password text box (note that the password will not be displayed).
3. Click the Login button.
