We have recently released an update for Archive Manager (version 4.02) that includes additional features, bug fixes, and other improvements.
Here's a list of the changes that have been made:
Holdings 'First' and 'Last' buttons
Additional 'First page' and 'Last page' buttons have been added to the list of holdings for accessions and series. These buttons allow you to jump to the start or end of a list of holdings, so you won't have to keep clicking the 'next' or 'previous' buttons to get to the first or last holdings.
PDFs that are saved into the 'Images' field (for any type of record) can now be opened directly from Archive Manager. Simply locate the PDF that you'd like to open, and then click the 'Open' button, which will replace the 'Zoom' button at the bottom of the image field.
User Interface Themes
You can now choose from three different themes to use for the user interface, which change the appearance of all aspects of Archive Manager, such as buttons, scroll bars and colours. The different themes don't change the layout of the application, though, so everything can still be found where it was before.
To change the theme, go to the 'File' menu and select 'Change Theme'. Then after selecting a theme, close and open Archive Manager, and the new theme will be loaded.
Minor Improvements and Bug Fixes
Also in this update is a collection of minor improvements and bug fixes that include things such as text changes, user interface improvements and enhancements to usability.
You can begin using the new version of Archive Manager by browsing to the My Products page and then finding and downloading Archive Manager.
